Recommend a low cost router for Home office

A friend of mine has a cable modem and doesn't have any type of firewall (she's running Win ME).

I'm urging her to upgrade to XP (she a student so this can be done ~$60). What I am wondering is, if she does upgrade, is the internet firewall that is integrated in XP good enough or should she also buy a hardware firewall/router?

If yes, any recommendations (from newegg) on a low cost unit?

I would go with the one JackMDS recomended seing it is only $10. If you have to get it through Newegg, here is one for $26 after rebate. You might also want to look in Hot Deals. I really doubt you willl get any cheaper than $10. Here is a wireless one for $20 after rebate.
