recommend a hdd for my WHS system drive please?

right now i'm using an old, 175GB drive as the system drive and i regretted the stupid decision since the very beginning as it is annoyingly loud especially when something is streaming. i want to replace it with a quiet drive but not looking to spend the cash for a SSD yet. what would you recommend? i want just a small sized drive for the system files only.

Small capacity and quiet, yet not an SSD? Easy. Get a notebook hard drive. Make it a slower 5400RPM model and you won't hear a thing.
