People still buy/use watches?
Jeez with a $200 budget you could get everything in your list PLUS activity and sleep tracking! Look at something like a Garmin Vivofit:

Why buy 80's tech when you can get 21st century tech for the same price?

The Vivo looks great. Would it useable for a 65 year old man with limited tech knowledge? My dad wants a pedometer for his bday. Instead a crappy 30 dollar one on amazon I would spring for this if it is extremely easy to use.
Currently, the Vivofit can connect to the iPhone 4S and later, as well as Android 4.3 devices with Bluetooth Smart technology (the HTC One, Galaxy Note 2 and 3, and Galaxy S3 and S4).
A lot of people don't want all those features, but do want something that you never have to worry about contrast with, are fairly light weight and bulletproof, and never have to have a battery replaced.
Not to mention, the Seikos can be worn and still look nice vs a bulky rubber watch.

If you're spending close to $200, I'd look at Garmins.
I just use a timex ironman like this for running/swimming http://www.amazon.com/Timex-T5E901-I...+ironman+watch
I don't wear one when not exercising, so an ugly digital works for me 🙂
