what do you consider cheap? under $100? if so I would get the abit nf7-s v2. newegg sometimes have them as refurbs for $59, which is a very good deal if you can get one, since they tend to sell out quickly. also the new Asus A7N8X-E deluxe which includes Gigabit LAN and the exclusive ASUS Wi-Fi slot for easy wireless LAN setup looks pretty cool. I haven't tried the a7n8x-e but tried the a7n8x deluxe v2 and both were very stable.

It all depends on what features you are looking for in the new MB. If it were me, I'd get one of the Nforce2 boards, as it would probably work great for your next CPU upgrade.

As far as cheap goes, you could pick a used Epox 8RDA+ on the FS/FT forums, or I did see some refurbished 8RDA+ boards at Newegg for around $50.

Another vote for an NF2 MB. You can pick up a new Shuttle AN35-L Ultra for around $65 with LAN, DC DDR, and 6.1 sound. But basically any NF2 will give you plenty of opcions for OC'ing.

I would reccomend an nf2 mobo as that will give you full access to the multipliers and allow you to crank that chip high. Going with a cheaper mobo may mean being stuck to around 12.5x multi max which is only like 2000+, not much of an OC.
