Recommend: 23"+ LCD, w/ DVI, HDMI, & Speakers

Looking to buy a 23"+ LCD monitor with the following outputs DVI (w/ HDCP), VGA, and HDMI (w/ HDCP). The purpose of the monitor is 1. Gaming rig (DVI), 2. Work laptop (VGA), and 3. PS3 (HDMI). The monitor should also have built in speakers.

I've looked at:

My main concern is that some reviews of these monitors report some ghosting/tearing.

Does anyone use either of these monitors and have an opinion, or have an opinion for a different monitor with similar specs?

Looks like a great monitor, however, it doesn't seem to be sold anywhere. Newegg doesn't sell it, and Amazon has a used one.

I bought a Samsung P2370HD a few weeks ago and I love it. Here's a review on it http://www.testfreaks.com/monitors/samsung-p2370hd/
I've seen them for between $300 - $375. I got mine on e-bay for $255.
