Recomendation on Boot disk diagnostic program?

I"m looking for a diagnostic program that I can put onto a bootable floppy that will test stuff like RAM/memory.

Anyone have any recommendation on a program like this?
 
Norton utilities for DOS. NDIAG.EXE

OOPS! Sorry for the mutiple post. I was getting a file not found in Anandtechcluster. so I back up & hit it again, and again and again... grrr..
 
There are some shareware & freeware that test memory by not as effective as the norton utilities.
 
The multiple posts were not intentional. How can I delete the others. MODS, can you please remove the other posts. Thanks.
