any recs? the 350z's are looking pretty sweet with a pretty low price tag (given the fact that some of them have feathering issues). But does anybody else have any rec's on a good solid sports car? Nothing super expensive like NSX, viper, etc...

Yes. I feel these are much better than the 350Zs (and a little cheaper). You just have to deal with the craptastic MPG (a pitiful 19).

Or if you're looking for something more powerful, Mustang GT. Even cheaper, way more power, and 23 MPG. Not bad.

Honda S2000, used can be had for $17-$20. It is a driver's car. Just keyless, power windows/locks and one of the quickest folding tops for a convertible. 0-60 ranges from 5.8-6.2 depending how rough you are.

The best manual shifter on the planet will just make the driving experience even more fun. Tight chassis and very nimble. 240hp, high redline, 6sp manual, front engine, rear wheel drive. All with Honda reliability.

2002+ have rear glass windows, 2004+ have a 2.2 engine with better torque and lower redline of 8k down from 9k. The 2004+ also have minor interior and exterior features

2006+ have drive by wire throttle, traction control, and revised wheels/seats. With 2004+ engine and gears
