unfortunately its a little bit more then your budget allows. But it has all the features and some your looking for. Not to mention its super watercooling friendly, and the whole case is rivitless. So you can basically custom the hell out of it as you see fit.
its a mesh covered top fan, but you dont have to use it if you dont want to.

Do you have this case? How much clearance is there between the back of the PSU and the d drive cage/5.25 bay? Very nice, but very expensive. It also appears to have a top fan.
AS i said if your monster psu is that big, you can remove one of the drive cages. Most people use that case for H2O cooling. They take out all the drive cages, and install a front drive cage to compensate for the loss in the bottom portion.
The case is absolutely hot. There isnt a single TJ-07 owner that will tell you they hate there case. Ive owned one, and had to sell it. My cousin wouldnt take my old QX6700 without the case.
