Reco for Remote Access Software

We need some software here at our office (only 4 of us) so that we can log on and use the applications and files on our work computers at home.

Anyone have any suggestions?

If all systems are running XP Pro, then Remote Desktop would be fairly easy to implement. Otherwise, UltraVNC is an excellent choice and works on pretty much each OS.
