I suggest you simply drill 1000 holes in a straight line, then use wire cutters to snip out any material left behind. It will leave a perfect edge.

That sounds way too labor intensive and crazy.

I suggest trained termites.

Go to home depot they have the 40tooth red Freud blades and will work fine.
