Recievers/home theater systems around the $200 mark

Best one I could find in the price range. I have a PS3 that I'd like to hook up to it. There's an optical TOSLINK input on the receiver that the PS3 can be hooked up through. My question: Do all I need is an optical TOSLINK cable to connect the PS3 to the receiver, or will I need any additional converters?

Also, regular TV sound will also be coming through the receiver, through the composite inputs.

Is this a good buy? All we're looking for is a good replacement for our ~fifteen year old 20W Aiwa receiver. Most reviews seem to indicate it's good (as long as you're not an audiophile).
