batteries are batteries, if your charger can do nimh, then it can do any nimh batteries (size dependent, C doesnt fit in AA etc)... it may take longer to charge them though cuz these are 1800mAH.
Should be fine. You sometimes have to be careful with high-capacity NiCads and NiMHs, especially the 4000+mAH Cs and Ds, as some chargers aren't designed for high-cap batteries and will only deliver a partial charge. But an 1800mAH AA shouldn't be a problem.

That is not really true. If it uses a timer then it probably won't fully charge the batteries. If it is a smart charger it will fully charge them but it will take longer.
