You put them into pairs right? Usually the chargers charge via 2 and 2, so do you put 1 in each half or what?

I have the energizer recharger and I threw the instructions away. I remember vaguely reading something about charging 2 batteries, and I remember people telling me this before, but I'm not sure =(

Well more expensive chargers have seperate circuits for each battery so charging one at a time works however for the cheap ones, you need to use pairs. Not sure about the arangement though, like most battery chargers, as long as it works then it is probably fine.

On the 15 minute energizer charger I have, it doesn't matter how you put them in nor how many you put in.

depends on the charger. Some chargers will have two banks of two - to charge two batteries you have to fill one of the banks.

I have a AA charger for 4 batteries, each battery slot is independant of the others, so I can put the 2 wherever I want to.
