What I'm seeing there is for a 4 pack of AAA's:

Price: $9.40 & eligible for FREE Super Saver Shipping on orders over $25.

Not < $7.

I got my Rayovac Hybrids at Walmart, pretty good deals involving instant and MIR's. AFAIK, Walmart no longer carries them but they are attainable at Target. Don't know that rebates are in the equation anymore. If I were buying today, it would probably be eneloops.
