All of the, 2/4 batteries. What about 1 battery per bank chargers? How many of them are out there?

The maha 401 does...but it's costly as far as chargers go

So does the Duracell cef12n. Not costly at all, even if it lacks bells and whistles. 🙂

Those are kind of pricey, Eli:I've been buying at Battery Space for a lot less:
Yeah, but a battery isn't a battery. Some companies can be a little too giving when rating their batteries.

That said, yeah. You're free to use any battery you want.. It is the charger that is important. I have to admit, I've been thinking about picking up some of those cheap rechargables.

The PowerEx batteries are rated best, but the test is somewhat old. I really wish he would update it with a range of these new 2300 and 2400mAh batteries we're seeing now.

What I really need is a full set, though.. And they're fscking expensive! :Q As in a charger that will charge everything, and a full set of batteries (4D, 4C, 8AA, 4AAA, 2-9V or something).. Over 100 bucks.. Gah!

I suppose I did spend over 50$ on my charger and 4 batteries about a year and a half ago though, so... maybe it's not so bad.

The brand from BatterySpace.com is awesome. Much better than the equal-capacity Energizer for example.

While on the subject of chargers, Here is my personal favorite choice for ALL-AROUND charging:

The CCRANE Quickcharger

I like it because it can Recharge up to four D, C, AA, AAA batteries AND has a built-in analyzer to check battery capacity and reject damaged batteries.

Not super cheap, but not ultra-expensive either ($39.99)
