A place that screams for the Gov to leave them alone when they are making money but then beg for money when all their BS hits the fan.

Ummm not really. A lot of people during difficult times cut down the consumption of water and electricity. Besides, a lot of customers are defaulting on their bills because of lost jobs.

how are these recession proof? People use less power if they want to save money; you could say that some people with extremely tight budgets might take measures to save on their water bills also

Companies that perform evictions and renovate forclosures.

Tell me, who performs these evictions?

Is it the property's management? Lawyers/law-firms specializing in evictions? Both?....

A lot of bars and liqour stores are recession/depression proof. What do people do a lot when down and out? They always seem to have beer money.

you would think so, but that just isn't the case

My father in-law owns a bar and a liquor store and they're as immune as any other small business to this recession

Repo man, those companies that take over bankrupt companies and sell their assets, some healthcare sectors, alcohol companies... off the top of my head.
