One final comment before I go do my posts somewhere else. The fact that I said the word hate in an earlier comment because in the heat of the comment I did hate the format your hard drive comment but as I just my reworded that comment saying I was sorry for that comment. I DONT care if the mods can still see that post.
I should be able to rectify my post without still getting more crap about it.
I dont appreciate being called a snot nose kid and a victim and that the mods are watching your posts now I had enough with the bs here..
There are plenty of places I can give and get help out there.
Ok. I've had several hours to separate myself from this thread, and think about it.
I still believe you were extremely rude when I first tried to help you. If you weren't interested in doing a reinstall, you should have stated that in your first post. However, it's your PC and you can handle malware and viruses however you want to.
Second, I misread some of your comments and thought the "snot nosed kids" comment was aimed at me. My bad.
Third, as a moderator I am not going to pick on you or single you out. I shouldn't have said that I would only go into your threads in the future only if I had to as a moderator. I should have just said I won't go into any more of your posts in the future, period. Even in the future if I see you breaking the rules, I would never personally get involved in any moderator actions to avoid any misconception of "picking on you" based on this.
Fourth, you are correct. There are many different forums for you to ask for help on. However, there are many users here that do that, and you will likely ruffle some feathers on there if you respond like you did to me. You get better help by being respectful that someone is taking their time to try and help you for free.
Finally, I will not go back and edit anything I said in this thread that was incorrect, or where I misunderstood what you were saying to make it look like I didn't say it. Instead, I will apologize directly to you right now for the misunderstanding. It was my intention not to come back into this thread, and since I thought you said something you did not, it is my mistake. I'm man enough to admit when I am wrong. I said some things about you that I should have refrained from stating.
So this will likely be the last time you have any direct interaction with me. You are not on "my hit list", and I will not be singling you out in the future. Hopefully in the future you can be just a little kinder to people (in whatever forum you are posting on) who are only trying to help you for free, and prevent an unnecessary situation like this even beginning in the first place.
