Received this message while selling on CL...Scam or not?

Here's how you can tell it's a scam.

1. Bad grammar/punctuation/sentence structure (biggest dead giveaway is the lack of space after a period or comma)
2. Wants to pay you non-cash
3. Involves some kind of moving/shipping rather than local pick up by himself.
4. Pleased with condition and price of "item"
