Receipts for WMD found.

We've found receipts from Saddam's last birthday party for helium gas... Could the gas be a precurser to a helium bomb.. would it go boom or just pop?

Once deployed it would make all our voices octaves higher. We would sound like the Munchkins of Oz.
It wouldn't go boom or pop. It's a stealth weapon. Silent as a dirigible.
