Reccomended tape backups for Win2k Server

Hey all, I'm searching for a good DDS3 based SCSI backup solution. We got an HP C1554c and it simply does not work well. Anything you guys could specifically reccomend?

We use a Seagate Travan 10/20 SCSi tape backup at work and it is VERY reliable. Tapes only cost around 28 bucks also. We also use Seagate backup Exec Software too..
