Ok, basically, i'm looking for a board that has Serial ATA on it, 6Ch audio (Dolby surround 5.1 is a plus 😉😛), and i need it to be DDR. I prefer Nforce2 boards to via chipset, and good overclocking ability is a bonus)

Not that one! It seems that alot of people really hate that board. You want the one quoted above from jpey. It is a completely different model than the one you linked to newegg.com. Newegg might not carry it anymore so you may have to buy it somewhere else.

I have an Asus A7N8X Deluxe board. It's got SATA, 2 ethernet ports, and surround sound. I don't remember if it's the type of sound you're looking for because i don't use it. It was a good board until i slipped with a screwdriver and broke it............ :-/ Descent for overclocking too.
 
Im running a Gigabyte GA-7N400 Pro 2 Noforce 2 board in my second rig now and its great...its OCs well and is totally packed with features..it was fun to work with and it comes with alot of goodies.

My first Nforce 2 was sweet as well, a Soltek 75FRN series, it was a great OCer and it was a nice overall board to work with.

Id recommend either of these boards , the Gigabyte used to be selling in the $160 range and more so the $95 price at Newegg is pretty good.
