Looking for some reccomendations for a new Web Analytics tool. We're currently using WebTrends, but the cost is just too much and our users don't take advantage of many of the features. I'd like to find something that can still give general statistics to users via the web, but also provides more of an advantage for administrators to diagnose server side issues. Also, I'd like to find a product that is from an established company that will offer technical support if we need it, so that rules out most of the open source options.
This will be used primarily on Windows/IIS 5 and 6 based servers.
