Well, I did a fresh reformat today, had no problems beforehand... however, after my format, my system will not reboot on the from the XP shutdown window or the reset button, and when i try to Shut Down, it simply reboots again.
What confuses me is that i didn't have anything installed when this started, it was the first boot off of the XP installation disk. Also, I can't reboot from the bios, and my CPU speed is coming up incorrectly. In the bios, it says 133 FSB, and 10.0 X multiplier. However, after I restart the computer (via the power button), it displays as 1000 mhz instead of 1333. Any ideas anyone?

can't seem to pinpoint it. what really confuses me is that it started this the very first system boot into Windows, no drivers/programs at all installed??
