ASUS A7N8X-X, AMD 2200, Win2000 Pro.
Wife complained that sometimes printer wouldn't work and other minor problems so I decided to reinstall Win2000PRO. During the setup I get to a screen that says it's testing installed componets like the mouse, keyboard, etc and the screen may flicker for a few seconds and then it reboots. The progress bar will get about half way before it does that. I've never had this problem. I can't go into safe mode because it tries to finish setup, i've tried "last known good config", i lowered the memory frequency speed, loaded default bios...etc. ANY ideas???
