Rebel PIII-800 gets on me...

To put it simple:
- Pentium III 800Mhz (100Mhz bus / x8 multiplier / Coppermine core / cB0 revision)
- Soyo 6BA+IV motherboard (440BX chipset)
- 256Mb PC100 IBM memory (CAS3 up to 125Mhz)
- SB Live! Value
- Motorola SoftModem HS56PCI
- Leadtek GeForce256 SDR 32Mb (Rev. A - the one with the 3 leds)
- Powercooler HSF

The CPU is running 25°C idle and never goes far than 65°C at full load (80° top according to Intel) but I can't get it faster than the standard 800Mhz, ever raising voltage to 1.8v!!!
The 6BA+IV is supposed to be a VERY GOOD overclocking mobo and I've seen other P3-800 with the same cB0 revision reaching as high as 1064Mhz (8x133).
What can I do?!?!?! Any advice please....

Note: Sandra2002Pro CPU "Rated Speed/FSB" reports 1064Mhz/133Mhz (not on Performance rating, just Rated Speed which is supposed to be the standard speed of my cpu).... even Sandra people could'nt gave me an explanation on this.

I made all kind of test to this cpu (including Intel CPU ID) and everything seems to be ok, except for that issue with Sandra. It is a Coppermine P3-800 with cB0 core.
