I'm not sure if this is the right forum for this or not. I just need a quick answer.

I ordered a Western Digital 80GB drive with 8MB cache from Googlegear today but I then saw that Circuit City has the same drive in their ad this week for a few dollars less (with a manufacturer's rebate). Does anyone know if it's possible to use the receipt from Googlegear on the Circuit City manufacturer's rebate? I'm guessing no, but has anyone ever tried it?

Yeah, I know. I was hoping to get an answer tonight if possible. If it's not possible, I can still cancel my order from Googlegear before they ship tomorrow. $7 isn't worth the hassle of cancelling the order and buying at Circuit City, but if I can use a $30 rebate, it is.
