received a message from Microcenter today. A CSR told me the issue has been fixed and I should receive my check within a month 🙂

Circuit City seems to be playing rebate bate and switch. I mailed in and have faxed twice and then visited my store manager with no luck.

Hp dv4000 bought 12-03-05. I was handed a rebate good until 12-4. Rebate site says that the rebate was over 12-2. My rebate clearly states 12-4 and I am out $200. Any advice?

$200 is a lot to be stiffed. I'd say keep bothering them.

Ahem, the rebate certificate (ChumpUSSR form from the cash register) also had my email addy on it ....

My $75 VisionTek (Dell x800) finally came in. Check was issued on 03/30.
