That can't be correct, as 9/7/2003 was sunday and so the "week" would have ran from 9/7/2003 (sunday) until saturday, 9/13/2003.

9/14/2003 puts us into the following sunday and the following week.

I can't find a hard copy pdf for that, probably one of OM's subs, but the electronic submission can be found at www.easierrebates.com if you select spin-x as the manufacturer and bung in any date from 9/7 to 9/13 in the address you get this:

I know it says imation but imation = spin-x.

In the future, with OM subs, check www.easierrebates.com and rebateshq.com for electronic forms if you can't find the pdf form on OM's webpage. I had one case back in september where they sent me a 100pk of imations as subs for the khypermedias, yet never hosted the supplemental form on their rebates page. There was to have been a $12 khypermedia mfr rebate and a $8 officemax rebate but nothing existed for the imations. I had tried finding it by looking at the raw directory and rooting thru stuff

So I looked up Imation on rebateshq.com and voila, there was a $20 officemax rebate (instead of 12+8 officemax just made it a $20 om rebate) when I searched. I submitted for it, mailed it, and it was approved and the check's been sent. This wasn't on the pcash.pdf supplemental sept rebates, and the previous $20 om/imation rebate handled by easierrebates.com had expired prior to my purchase date so that wasn't the right one, and I sure didn't want just the $5 OM one on pcash.pdf either.

So, the long winded point is, sometimes OM creates supplement rebate forms but never hosts them, you can only find their electronic submission variants at easier rebates and rebateshq.

ahh. my first rebate problem in a long time.

this was for the "Save up to 25% on routers and gateways from netgear" offer #12637 - #12643 that was being offered from 04/01/03 - 06/30/03.

called the rebate center a month or so ago and said the rebate was going to be sent out Oct. 1st.

well, gave them another call again this morning and was told that Netgear had extended the date to have the checks sent out. the rebate center (new rochelle) was saying that they dont cut the checks and only process. is that true? i thought it was the rebate center that cut the checks.

time to file a complaint to the BBB. never fails. 🙂

oh, i purchased the mr814 router on 6/10/03 and mailed out the rebate on 6/16/03. status on the website states approved.
 
Buy.com is attempting to screw me...

Bought Soundblaster Extigy with $50 rebate on 9/5/03. I have a printout of EVERYTHING including the buy.com webpage clearly showing the rebate.

First, Creative Labs denied the rebate. I then notified buy.com, who also denied the rebate. Both are trying to give me any excuse they can. I offered to return the product, only to be told that the return period is expired. I said that I notified them that I'd like to return it BEFORE the period expired, but they take a week to reply to a problem. They don't care.

I'm still jumping through hoops hoping for my $50 rebate.

I have submitted few rebates for OfficeMax October 2003 Promotionsbut so far, they all still show "Documents Received: Not Yet".
Some of them have been mailed 3 weeks ago.

How long does it take for EasierRebates to enter the stuff in their
system once they receive the stuff via USmail ?

"Processing time now about 2-3 weeks on average from date of receipt in Seattle. "

If he is correct, you should see them soon.
 
Has anybody gotten their Lite-On $30 MIR from the week of August 8? Most of us also purchased the Avery Afterburner Label system. This was at Best Buy. I got the label rebate and the BB rebate about a month ago, but the rebate company still says it needs time to process and mail out my check. It's been 9 weeks. Come on Lite-On.
Also burned 2 coasters the other day with this drive and it was only at 24X speed with TY disks 🙁

Above $150 Best Buy rebate came today, 10/18/03.

Now awaiting $60 BB Reward Zone certificate for above purchase and $100 rebate for the Dell 400SC.

both of my rebate for Maxtor 100GB+20GB free for purchase at Staples only, one for $30 and the other for $50, suddenly got invalidated, after 3 months in valid status.
Last month, on the 30th, I spoke with Glenn and he said Maxtor just started paying the checks, and I should receive my checks real soon (see my previous post on this thread). I do get the $80 check for the 160GB HD, but also 2 invalid postcards for the 120GB. Anybody know who to contact at Staples about Parago's performance in fulfilling rebates?

 
$60 Maxtor Hard Drive Rebate (from BB) arrived finally. Bought it in the beginning of summer. $160-$60Maxtor-$20BB. Next week they had $130-$30Maxtor-$20BB. I pricematched, worried it would get cancelled, but alas it came through. $50 for 120GB!! plus crazy taxes...oh well
 
I need a little help with a buslink 52x cdrw rebate purchased at Staples. It was received and valid on rebateshq website on 7-4-03 and my friends (3) got theirs over one month ago. I cannot locate the copies, but rebateshq has not responded to my numerous emails about questioning the delay. I have had good luck with staples purchased things in the past, any ideas?? I will look again for my copies. I sometimes hate rebates, but then do it again and again!

Got my BB rebate about two weeks ago. I am still waiting on the Fuji Rebate from this week ($15) as well as the Lite-On rebate.

My rebate says it's valid, only STILL processing.
 
Did anyone purchase a netgear "wireless" print server and receive the free wireless card? I sent my rebate in on 7/15 and still nothing as of 10/21 (14 weeks!) I've emailed netgear.rebateinfo@netgear.com twice with no response. Anyone know of a different email address or phone number to reach an actual person?

What address did you mail your rebate to? My Netgear free wireless print server card rebate from March was handled by TCA in New Rochelle, NY. You might want to check their website at http://www.wheresmyrebate.com

I looked at wheresmyrebate.com and it says the rebate is valid, but it's been like that for 2 months now! Oh well, I guess I'll just keep emailing them every week until I get this free card.

I called the BB number and they transferred me to 866-205-3231 where the automated system said my info had been entered on Sep 24 (it was mailed on Aug 18)and that my check should be mailed within 8 weeks from that date. That should put things about Thanksgiving!

It's not unusual for TCA to take an extra month or two to send out rebates. I had to ask Frank from TCA over at FW to check on this rebate for me. I received my wireless card the following week. When I received the card I noticed that the return address was TCA so it appears that they are mailing the cards out themselves. Try checking with Frank from TCA __Here__
