Sure thing. I'll be certain to make 100 copies next time, even though a fax doesn't require 100 copies of the original receipt.

I received this email from OCZ:

There was an internal error at the rebate house some time ago, however it was corrected after the postcards were released.
Your file is processing and should mail soon

No, but I got "clipped" on a pretty sizable rebate on a Samsung ML-2010 printer about a year ago. The rebate handling company replied that I didn't purchase the printer during the allotted time period, when my purchase receipt clearly indicated I did. When I called to complain, they asked that I fax them the receipt. I did...twice. Both times they claimed not to have received the fax. I finally gave up and chalked it up as a life lesson.

Rebates FTL!
I once got stuck with similar problem with vonage for a $100 rebate - followed up for 2 months continuously finally they gave in...

Fry's rebates suck especially.

Whenever I buy stuff from them, it's not because of the rebate, but I send it in anyway. 4 items, 4 rebates, shafted 4 times.

I've never had problems with anyone else like CompUSA, Circuit City, Office Depot, just Fry's.
