Rebate question

Have a cooler master rebate for the 212 evo heatsink I ordered off of newegg and one of the things it needs is the receipt. Here's the question, is the "receipt" the "packing list" paper that came packed in the package box or do I have to print out one of the order received/order processed/invoice emails Newegg emailed me?
