It took two tries, but I finally got a CSR to agree to pricematch BB's after-rebate price. The first CSR said no after-rebate PM's, regardless of whether it was BB-specific or manufacturer's rebate. I then asked CSR #1 to check in their database for a record of the BB PM as precedent. The CSR said the database showed a note stating not to honor the BB rebated pricematch. On my second call, a different CSR didn't ask if the rebate was from BB or manuf, didn't go talk to the supervisor, and didn't check the database--she just went ahead approved the PM.
I then tried several coupons. The $30 off $150 coupon I tried was dead, but a $20 off $100 coupon worked for me. Another interesting potential coupon option I considered was to increase my order up to $150, then apply a coupon for a free duffle bag plus a 5 inch B/W TV (coupon expires today). The TV/duffle bag coupon worked for me too, but not in combination with the $20 off $100 , so I stuck with the $20 off coupon.
Not too shabby, too bad my state sales tax is so high (but at least it's free shipping).
