not to mention its a redistribution of wealth. I am not a millionaire and never will be. but i think this is your typical democrat socialist agenda to take from the rich to pay for their programs. To me its wrong and immoral. They (the millionaires) have worked hard to earn their money and these asshats come along and tell them, you need to share it wether you like it or not.

Other states do just fine without them, I'm sure it'd take some time but eventually it'd work out.
