Rear Windows Defogger Kit Question

I went down to Autozone and the only thing they had was "Loctite Rear Windows Defogger Tab Adhesive." The package says it is electrically conductive, but will this work for unlocking an XP or should I keep looking for a paint kit?

I bought mine at Autozone and it was Loctite brand but I don't think it was "Tab Adhesive" (I'm at work now but I can tell you exactly what it is when I get home). Mine had a small bottle (3/4" tall) of copper colored fluid, a small brush, and a stick-on template for applying to window. It worked great on my 1600+ XP.

The tab adhesive is probably for the male spade connector that is attached to the grid.

You want the rear window defroster repair kit. The conductive paint used to repair scrapped away defroster grids.

NAPA has it as well.

I accidentally got the Rear window defogger tab repair kit and it hit me when i got home. I went back and exchanged it for the regular defogger kit phew.
