Rear fan or Top fan? Help me to choose. Thanks.

The specs for the one that you are calling the "Top fan case" state:

Case Fans: 1 x top(included), 1 x side panel LED fan(included), 2 x rear(optional), 1 x front(optional)

So the "Top fan case" has more places for fans than the "Rear fan case". The "Top fan case" also comes with a power supply, though personally I wouldn't trust a 500W power supply that comes with a case all for $25 plus shipping. If those are the only choices, though, the "Top fan case" seems like the winner to me -- it should run cooler and provide more bang for the buck.

Thank you FPSguy. What bothered me is the rear fans on that "Top-fan-case". You can see that the slots for rear fans are downward and too small.

Yep, top fan case for sure, if thats the only choices. Use a dremel to remove those fan guards, they are horrible and will definetly have an impact on air flow exhaust. That top fan is awkard looking, different i guess. if the front intake fan grills are the same, your gonna need to dremel them off too, for the back just use some fan grills of your choice to protect your fingers or other peoples fingers.

Go here, and choose the no powersupply option, and the case will be yours for ~$33+ shipping. I live in the same state, but I paid for it Tuesday morning, and recieved it at noon on Wednesday. It's quiet, and the big 120mms keep it very cool.

the one with the blowhole, mostlye because its also got a side fan that isn't really blocked by bad grills. both kinda suck either way though. u gonna have to snip out those horrible grills.

This is honstly your best optiong if it fits in your budget. I've experienced the top fan case (without the top fan or window). That case is pretty much a POS. It felt flimsy, things didn't fit together smoothly, and most importantly, the intake fan in the front does next to thing but recirculate air already in the case. The SLK3700 is a terrific case.

Thank you all, I have limited budget. :( Before I get that Antec case, I will just use dremel to make two holes in my current case.
