Hi. i am from south america. 1 month ago I sent messages to the REALME customer service center so they can provide me with the technical manual for the RMX1851 model. Since the customs agents of my country ask me for it. Until today no one from REALME (OPPO) has deigned to answer me.
How can I solve my problem since without that technical manual I cannot take the customs mobile phone home with me.
