I want to call it a sprain but I'm not 100% certain it is nor do I even know what type of sprain.
I know it has to do with my ankle area.
If and when I have my knee go directly over my ankle whether if it's to bend down, or doing a sport like jiu-jitsu, I continuously injure what I believe to be the front of the ankle.
I hope that explaination is okay.
Anyhow, I keep reading about ankle sprains and none of it seems to pertain to my particular injury.
I am going to see my doctor on Tuesday, that's the next available appointment.
But in the mean time I am wondering if anyone here might shed a clue as to what I am experiencing?
Another way I can explain it is when the ankle is in dorsiflexion meaning the foot is going up towards the shin, I experience pain in the front ankle area.
This can happen when I am putting my injured foot down onto a stair as I walk down a set of stairs.
I notice it when I kneel down with my left knee and have my right knee up like taking a one knee down stance.
