Really stupid response from Razer, can you believe this?

Huh...Logitech has an entire forum section dedicated to feedback. I posted something about the G500's incredibly awesome scroll wheel awhile back, and got the response of "I've tagged it and forwarded it to our gaming team for considerations," which seems to be common.

So what channels does Razer have for customer feedback then, short of reviewing trouble tickets? I know that where I work, customer feedback is considered to be very valuable, even if it's just to say "Everything's working fine."

Apple's approach is quite reasonable. Disclaimer up front which says they aren't requesting ideas, do not promise to read anything you send, and that any ideas you do send them are theirs to use. Note how this leaves Apple the chance to actually read the submissions and act on them if they like, and sets correct expectations for the submitter.

Razer, on the other hand, throws you a "we're not listening, you wasted your time typing, LALALALA" reply after the fact. Class.
