I like the ones where the baby's expression is the same in both the 'right' and the 'wrong' way. It's like the common way of doing it is also wrong.
 
hehe, theres another one of those from the same series floating around that shows the right way and the wrong way to check baby's diaper, cracks me up each time i see it, hehe

Some people need this advice though. We have a neighbor that does this with his daughter out on the street when he takes the baby for a walk. He launches the kid dangerously high, it's scary to think that baby is dead if he misses her on the way down.
 
2 year old has accident in underwear, I take them outside and wash them off with a waterhose. It dont take but once or twice, and they stop those accidents.
