Really simple question

So its taking windows ages to load, like 1 min plus a the desktop, theres svchost.exe taking up 50% of one cpu for some reason, the other cpu's bust loading other stuff, the hard drives flashing away the whole time too, so i think i need to defragment it. For the first time ever 😛

Simple question: Can i do stuff like play games or watch movies while it defrags?

Yeah - defragging is also optimizing in many cases, and if thing are being used while it is doing that, it can complicate and delay the process. Agree with Geek - do it while you have something else to do, It should only take about 10-15 minutes at the most unless it is really fragged badly.

Total fragmentation is 33% and file fragmentation is at 66%. Aw bollocks... stupid computer.... This is the first time ive ever defragged it. Ill just go to the gym then 🙁 maybe go get hammered afterwards or somthing. Thanks guys.
