Boston's North End, what can you do. If you get a 2 BR with a roommate you can live for $1k or so. It's a really fun area though, I'm hoping to move there for work soon.

Ah, the old nature vs nurture question. Hard to say, but I'm guessing it's due to being overcrowded over a few generations. Being a surly dickhead gets taught at an early age from all the adult examples the child has contact with.

The 'MUST have INSURED MOVERS TO MOVE IN & OUT' part is unique. I haven't seen that before. Not going to be easy/cheap to move in and out, considering it's month to month rent and you could be kicked out the next month..
