ok guys i posted 2 days ago with what i wanted to build and i built it

upped the fsb on the cpu -333mhz from 266mhz left the vcore on auto to see what it came up with, its a 1.212 does that sound about right anyway i went in and manually set it to that after so it didnt jump around and it seems rock solid

i have 160 fps average everything full wack 1280x1024 but no aa on team fortress 2

and 91 fps average everything full wack 1280x1024 no aa on call of duty 4 seam stuck at that doesnt seam to shift up or down on cod4 weird but im happy with it

does all that info sound right? im using 64bit xp at the moment is thats gonna be gonna be on a dual boot with 64bit vista is that the way to go? is 64bit os the way to go? i choose it cuz i know it sees all the ram

anything else i should do any advice or is it all good

After you stability test to make sure that it really is solid, it's time to start working your VCore down. You locked the PCI-e bus frequency, right?

Keep the PCI-E freq at 100

For COD4 type in console /com_maxfps and that should tell you your cap. You can set this to I think 250 max. With that same LCD, and everything on normal, I get constant 200's at 3Ghz on my 8400. I think in overgrown, i dip down to 195's
