Really easy question hoping to get a quick answer

Hey I just installed a new hard drive and was wondering if there is any reason to not chose the next letter in the alphabet for my drive ie making my second hard drive have the letter Z. Is there any reason not to do this and do any of you guys pick the letters for your hard drives?

some programs don't like the optical drive to have Z:, but that's about it. Pick anything you wish. Mine are laid out as I have been doing for the longest time. Here's how mine are.
