I wasn't able to get in, but eBay was flooded with codes so I bought one for $2.50. Still a good deal IMO 🙂

Gave my spare code to a friend but as stated above it looks like you can pick it up REALLY cheap right now!

I feel sorry for those who bought on ebay, because you're likely to find that the keys have been revoked by Steam.

I downloaded the game in steam using the key provided, and everything seemed smooth. I check now, and it's no longer in my library and I'm unable to use the key again..

Mine too.

That happened to me as well. I activated via steam and downloaded the game. Game back just now to play it and I can't find a trace of it anywhere.

I'd be nice if they at least told you they were removing it.

Guess I'll be filing a complaint to Nvidia then. I don't care if they screwed up. They didn't even send a notice that they were revoking them.

Don't bother. The keys weren't to be had (for free, publicly) at least. They were for a promotion intended to get a free copy when you pre-ordered Homefront. Are you really going to complain this much about a $10 PC game?

Rule #1 of Hot Deals: If it's too good to be true...

I've been around long enough to know that, as well as, a few well places complaints to prove positive, not that I will in this case because I don't really care.

It's more of an annoyance that in B&M, mistakes like this are usually met with some result where the customer gets something out of it. It used to be this way online as well. In the last...4 years? online sites have decided they don't have to play by those rules because of the ease of fleecing without so much as a notification as in this case. Granted this case there is no money involved, unlike others where they either cancel / refund.

Either way, my previous post was more sarcasm than truth.

Yea its their screw up, they should honor it really. I mean its not like at a store where the cashier goes oh wait, its not that much; we're going to have to ask you to return those products you purchased and pay full price...these people already bought these for a price they thought they were buying something for
