Really ATA-100??

I've just installed a ATA-100 drive on my KT7-RAID, and I was wondering if there was any way I could check to make sure it's actually running at ATA-100? Before you could just see what the BIOS said it was running at, but the Hipoint listing doesn't include that sort of info.
