Realistic Mercury in Fish Concerns?

My perception is that it matters where the fish is from and what type of fish it is.

For example, when I lived in St. Joseph, MI, males could eat an unlimited amount of salmon but women and children were only supposed to have one serving a week or month or something. And if you were pregnant, then you weren't supposed to have any...

With a moderate diet, like yours, I don't think that I would be too concerned.
