I have a few questions about the AMD Athlon 64 2800+.

If I recall correctly, this chip runs at 1.8 ghz with a multiplier of 9x

Will this chip overclock to 2.3 ghz?

And if it will, what speed RAM will I need to support it? As you can see from my choice of the 2800+ I'm budget minded so I don't want to spend $300 on RAM. I hope to get one stick of 512 mb. Any good brands?


I plan on getting the Chaintech vn3-250 for my mobo and my case has decent cooling.
