Nice insult tossed in there for good measure, well done.

What insult? Whats wrong . Did you read something in their ya didn't like ? It showed some people are not being honest about SB . When available info says differant . Did you not like the multiple software paths . AVX Larrabbee LBrn . I didn't look to see if I used the correct term for larra bee instruction set . But its close enough. Alarming to you is it . That some here get . while the majority are clueless.

I know Intel graphics abilities. I have 4 bridges here 3 SB . I agree intels IGP for gaming doesn't cut it . I have said that Xtimes . I don't need somebody putting words in my mouth I never used. Were intels graphics is and were its going are 2 differant things.Intel has a clear path that we have documents for. I can't help that many don't comprehind those documents. Its more than just graphics. Doubling Integer preformance + is pretty dang good with a simple recompile using the Vex prefix is in fact a big deal.

I was surprised to find out how well the HD200 in my i3-2100 music server worked for light 3D gaming while the dead GTX 560 ti in my gaming system was off to EVGA for RMA. (Grrr, noisy fan on the replacement. )

Granted, I only tried a bit of Half-Life 2 (smooth at 10x7) and Torchlight, but in 40+ hours of Torchlight I had no problems with the Intel drivers.

1024x768 was the resolution I used to run games at on my GF2 GTS eleven years ago.

^ did you not enjoy playing games back then? I did.

And Half-Life 2 looks better than anything I was playing in 2001 with my Gladiac GF2.

The graphics performance is good and overall seems to be about a 2X improvement over the Ironlake generation, which puts many games above the 30 frames/second mark that is key for playability.

Wait... What?

edit: I missed the page where he tested some games to draw this conclusion. Maybe someone can point me in the right direction...
