Real true one click transcoding?

I would love to find a program that will give me true one click right click context menu 10:1 compression from windows explorer. I would love to be able to create a profile, and then do one click transcoding while pulling my files off my recording device, and do it all in one simple step, as simple as CTRL-X and CTRL-V. Ideally I'd like to hit CTRL-SHIFT-V and have it paste a trancoded copy using the settings I've stored in my quick-copy profile. Better yet, pasting multiple files in this way would initiate multiple transcoding jobs that can all run concurrently. Is there any such software out there?
