Real time pricing

Seems like about half the time I try to use the real time pricing engine and click the "check prices" link next to a product listing I get a "We're sorry.....page not found" screen. What's up? Why does this happen so much?
 
Wow. Had just about given up on this question. Thanks for the reply, I'll check out the beta for now.....
