"Real-Time" HTML Editor

I'm looking for a HTML editor that can show you what your page will look like as you're typing in the HTML. Another words, real-time preview of your code, and not having to click a separate preview button to view it. I used to have one, but I can't remember it's name or where I got it from.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Dreamweaver can do that in split mode view, however if you're looking for something less costly try html-kit
